There is another point too. The courts are also not friendly with RTI. Some of the rules are indicative of it. In addition if one does not get justice even at CIC/SCIC level, one has to go to high courts and there delay will be unmeasurable, defeating the purpose of RTI. Right to Justice is above Right to Information and former is denied by inordinate delays, complecated and costly litigation, which common man of India cannot afford even on 59th Republic Day. PA drag common man to high/supreme courts at the cost of public money with no personal accountability.Mera Bharat Mahan !
