    Dissatisfaction from the reply of FAA leads to Second Appeal while no reply from the PIO/FAA can lead to complaint.

    APPEAL: Use RTI to get Information from Private/Public Unaided Schools to stop violation of norms in Education. Private Schools are under the Purview of RTI--CIC.

    Second Appeal can be filed within 90 days from the date of decision of FAA or when it was supposed to be delivered. No such time limit in case of complaint.
