    thanks. I categorically feel that there is still need of transparancies in development authorities viz lucknow, kanpur, noida through use of rti act as babus are still in habit of hiding to give correct information.

    The following can be done to educate our society:

    1) An article on "know your right under RTI" may be published in local media periodically in local language.

    2) Departments/Government bodies/private bodies, who are implementing 100% transparancy and entertaining applications under RTI with letters and spirits must be encouraged by honouring by the our local socialists.

    3) Some Government agency is required to be developed itself by the State/ Central Government to ensure security and safety of the persons using RTI. Govt /NGO/Administration should ensure that they should not be threatened.

    4) An national level award should be developed at Central Government level to honour the person who have unearthened any corruption/responsible to maintain transparancy in national interests.
