Re: What should write in application of appeal to CIC?

I made a second appeal to CIC against KIOCL Ltd. But I sent only one set (second appeal application and enclosures like rti request, cpio reply, my first appeal application, FAA reply and proof of posting of RTI request and RTI first appeal).

But in this thread one member said to send "four copies of second appeal" to CIC.

So suggest me what should i do now.

to apply afresh, or sending second appeal( just second appeal application) four xerox copies to CIC.

    ----
Because of this RTI experts website I know preparing RTI second appeal to CIC
but some doubts regarding enclosures and number of copies to sent to whom & all (only to CIC or we have to send it to CPIO and FAA also).

You should send one copy each to CPIO and FAA, two copies to CIC with proof of having mailed one copy each to CPIO & FAA. U should retain one copy with you for future reference. For detailed procedure pl visit:

    SECOND APPEAL GUIDE:
    http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...uidelines.html

    SECOND APPEAL FORMAT:
    http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...ic-format.html

U can now send copies to CPIO & FAA by UPC and mail photocopy of this UPC of post office to CIC with a covering letter and giving details of your appeal. If you have sent only one copy to CIC, U can send extra copy also with this covering letter.
It takes each of us to make difference for all of us.
